Humphrey Okorie
Founder & Principal Consultant
Humphrey founded HazelGRC after more than two decades helping organisations strengthen governance, improve technology risk management and build confidence through independent assurance — with experience across Financial Services, Telecommunications, Infrastructure, Retail and other regulated industries.
Humphrey holds an MBA in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. He also holds professional certifications spanning internal audit, information systems audit, cybersecurity, risk management and data privacy.
His work spans internal audit leadership, technology audit, cyber governance advisory and — increasingly — the responsible adoption of artificial intelligence in regulated and enterprise environments.
HazelGRC exists to bring that experience — technical grounding, governance perspective and executive fluency — directly to the boards and leadership teams who need it most.
